Furough Refund & Return Policy
At Furough, we’re committed to providing training gear that helps you build trust, focus, and freedom with your working dog—without the stress. We believe in the impact of our products and recommend giving them at least 14 days of consistent use before deciding on a return. If you’re still not satisfied after that time, you’re covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email us at hello@furough.com.
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or change your order? Please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be modified. If you cancel within the window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and design of every harness, leash, and patch. If you’ve used your gear for at least 14 days and still aren’t happy with it, you're eligible for a return within 60 days of delivery.
Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If your product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or arrives broken, we’ve got you covered. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging is not considered eligible unless the product itself is damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours at hello@furough.com with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it and let you know if you’re eligible for a free replacement.
We do not refund or replace items damaged through regular use, chewing, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship as quickly as possible, but please note that delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control. If your package is lost or delayed, reach out to the courier directly with your tracking number. Furough is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages once shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If there’s an error, let us know within 24 hours of ordering. If we're not notified in time and the package ships to the wrong address, we can’t issue a resend or refund.
