At Furough, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders—no minimums, no surprises.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and handed off to our shipping carriers within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping time begins once your order has been dispatched. Delivery speed depends on your location. Please allow for minor delays due to courier availability or customs if applicable.
Estimated Shipping times:
United States: 4–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Australia & NZ: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Note: Couriers may occasionally experience delays during holidays or busy seasons, which are outside of our control.
Shipping Details & Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, email us at hello@furough.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
If we detect an issue with your address, we’ll reach out within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back in that time, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Delayed Delivery
We do our best to ship your order quickly, but delivery delays may occur due to:

Inventory or payment verification issues
Furough is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, but we’ll always do what we can to help resolve any issues and keep you updated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed off to the courier, it’s out of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please:
Check with neighbors or your local post office
Contact the courier to file a claim

Furough is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re happy to help track your order and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
